EGS has 'Human Resource Machine' for free for the next four or so hours.
Don't forget all the fun minigames too! (Some of the minigames are "fun", but there's enough variety for everyone to find something they like!)The Yakuza Collection is 70% off on Steam right now. That's 7 games of very serious scowling at Yakuza bosses and silly circumstances for £34.
FYI, I only see it for $3.99, which is still a major discount, but not free.GOG has Lacuna – A Sci-Fi Noir Adventure for free (offer ends on: 05/01/2024 00:59 EET).
You're correct. Unfortunately their UI mentioned 'offer ends on: 05/01/2024 00:59 EET' which is confusing. South of the Circle superseded the free offering.Looks like it was only free for a few days but the sale price is until 1/5. GOG has South of the Circle currently free on giveaway for the next 40ish hours.
The whole sale was like that. It takes until 11:10 or so to work itself out.EGS has Saints Row (the latest one that people get grumpy about) listed as today's free game, though it's also showing as $13.49. We'll see if that sorts itself out.:
Considering how long they've been trying to be a storefront, you'd expect less ineptitude. The whole sale was like that. It takes until 11:10 or so to work itself out.
I think it's a cache thing - I saw it happen one day when I checked it right on the hour and it still wasn't showing free even 20 minutes later in that browser. Switched to my phone and it worked as expected. The whole sale was like that. It takes until 11:10 or so to work itself out.
Wierd i swear it said 3/1 when i posted it. maybe i visited a uk site by accident?Just in case: that's probably January 3, not March 1. I was thinking that was a surprisingly long sale, at first.
I like European date format better, but still default to reading them in US format.

Which is about the only price point I’d be willing to be at for it. I hate-loved the demo, and don’t know if I want to play the whole game, and certainly wasn’t willing to part with money to find out. But free? Okay!Today's EGS free game is Ghostrunner.
The shooting and abilities are more player-directed as well. It’s not quite as auto-magic as other Survivor-likes - you have to aim and click and stuff. I picked it up right as it came out of early access a long time ago - it was fun for a few hours, but couldn’t really touch Vampire Survivors. But at the price of free? It’s a great pickup.Epic's free game today is twenty minutes until dawn.
I played this on android some time ago on android. It's similar to vampire survivors, The catch is each game has a max of 20 minutes
It's pretty solid. I think I played it to about 1/2 way complete before getting distracted. My biggest gripe is that Star-Lord is pretty whiny but I guess that's kind of true to the comics. The daily epic giveaway is over, so you have a week to add Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy to your account. I think this got decent reviews and was better than the Avengers game which came out around the same time, though it doesn't have the cinematic cast voices
The actual game-game isn't much to write home about, but the actual banter and characterizations are more interesting and clever than the movies, overall. Drax, in particular, is fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with it.The daily epic giveaway is over, so you have a week to add Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy to your account. True, but in case I didn't finish it before it left Game Pass/my GP sub lapsed, would Ubisoft remember my progress in the form of a cloud save?AC Valhalla is coming to Game Pass this month, if that makes any difference.
OT, but you can usually find your local save files and just copy them. I've done that with a couple games I started on Game Pass and later bought on Steam.True, but in case I didn't finish it before it left Game Pass/my GP sub lapsed, would Ubisoft remember my progress in the form of a cloud save?
