Recommend me an email client. Please and thank you.

It took Thunderbird 23 years to add multi-row subject lists. Don’t hold your breath on UI improvements.

I wish I could recommend a free and good Windows email client but I’ve been looking for decades and I’m still using Thunderbird myself. I don’t like it, but haven’t found anything better. Email clients are out of fashion, everybody uses the web now.

A "ugly as hell" interface??? What do you want curtains on the windows and flowers???
Basic and simple is all one should need. TB isn't M$.
First of all, using M$ makes you look like an ignorant troll.
Second, thunderbird is not basic and simple. It's complex and full of features. That's the point of it

Maybe that's why when I tried thunderbird I gave it a relatively quick thumbs down.

The stuff that I wanted wasn't immediately, intuitively available, and I don't want to put that much effort into learning an email client.

Maybe trad Outlook would have worked for me, too (I have it with office pro), but again, not easily giving me what I wanted.

Ended up paying for em client.
