Anyone in the IT world using Happy Fox, Wrangle or Suptask for employees to submit IT helpdesk tickets to?
I'm trying to find a replacement for Assist/HALP that isn't Jira Service Manager + the Assist bot.
Jira seems to keep removing more and more features each week and trying to move users to the Jira portal vs. Slack.
Any suggestions and real life proof of concept stories appreciated.
