Anyone else suddenly have irreparably misconfigured DNS records on Hover.com?

This happened very suddenly within the last few hours. Hover.com's support is probably buried in support tickets.

Within their portal we see a weird leading zero in front of all of our records, none of these records can be edited/fixed, and records we created within the past two weeks are all gone. My wild speculation is that someone tried to restore a backup and broke the entire company.
