IBM Open Sources Granite Code Models, Outperforms Llama 3

On 6 May, IBM released source codes of 4 Granite Code Models with the following announcement: https://research.ibm.com/blog/granite-code-models-open-source

If IBM's charts are true, Granite 8b outperforms Llama 3 within the same quantity of parameters. They can be verified if someone wishes to as the source code is open now.

Anyways, its cool to see IBM on the open source train!
