There is no built-in functionality in Mac Contacts or Apple Maps to display multiple contacts on a map simultaneously, similar to how photos can be viewed. But several years ago in response to this question Gary Rosenzweig over at MacMost searched for 'map multiple locations' and randomly, successfully tried out batchgeo.com
There's a $4.99 iOS/iPadOS app called Contacts Map: territory manage but I have no experience with it.
And if you're willing to sync your Mac Contacts with Google Contacts by exporting/importing a .vcf, you can create a custom Google Map with contact locations.
