How to find the Client Hostname being used through RPC over HTTP (Outlook Anywhere)

what do you mean by "Client Hostname"? Are you talking about the server address the client computer is attempting to connect to? If you hold down ctrl and right click on the outlook icon in the system tray, there is a "connection status" menu option that comes up and you can see that information there.

I think he is trying to identify the name of a client accessing the mail server, through the logs.

Don't know if the info is in there. If it were me I'd get it through the perimeter network gateway. But that obviously means you have to have access to it, logging must be enabled on it, and you must have the ability to consolidate and cross reference the logs.
