I find it very unclear. Does MBAM have a pre-sales phone line? This might be good for some people I know.
What is unclear? It's a subscription, and you get a license for "5 devices". So you can install it on 5 devices, any combination of supported types. (A virtual machine would count as a device but that's not an expected use for this product.) It's not "per-user" where each user can install it on all of their devices, or one PC and one mobile, anything like that. It's just 5 devices and you're a single purchaser, it's a personal license, and it can go on 5 devices, and they don't care who's actually using them even if it's somebody else in your household or your friends, although support has to go through your account. Even the Teams pricing is per device, and for Enterprise is per "endpoint" which just means device but is used to sound more high-tech because it's more than just the basic Malwarebytes app (and is more likely to also be used on things like virtual machines).
Absolutely no company making software is going to have a pre-sales phone line these days for consumers. You can try their support but they're going to tell you what I did, and you need to make an account.
