Windows Update History question

Maybe someone can tell me if this is a bug/feature or something else weird. Does it literally get silent updates every day to the same KBxxx?

Whenever I run the 'Check for Updates' in Windows Update tab (daily), the below Windows Config Update will get the date replaced by the current time I check for updates (same KBxxx). And it's just one listing/line, so there are no old ones with the same or other KBxxx.

I'm on Windows 11 Home (23H2, 22631.3447 with Feature Pack 1000.22688.1000.0).
Cheers for any input!

This is the Moment 5 update and it looks like yet another buggy one based on a quick search. It was being released on a rolling basis to some people for a bit, probably being modified repeatedly to fix problems, but then this week was released to everyone (and still breaking things for some people). They call it a configuration update because it just turns on features where the code was already installed with previous updates. Wouldn't worry about it really. Why are you manually checking for updates every day?
