Perpetual Freebies Thread

Originally discussed in this thread. Here are the guidelines: 1. Someone lists freebie(s) 2. Someone takes freebie(s) 3. Sender ships * 4. Receiver gets freebie(s) 5. Receiver lists his freebie(s) 6. repeat * - shipping: Sender pays for shipping. Shipping heavier/multiple items can be discussed between the two. A general guideline could be for receiver to pay anything greater than $5-$10. Once you've received your freebie(s), make sure to list yours so we can keep the thread going! So who wants to start? -fb

Unfortunately the only things I have are old school CH Flightstick (2buttons) External Sportsters USRobotics 14.4 Fax Modem ..if anyone actually wants either of those, sure I can start. Otherwise, if anyone else has better items... -fb

Wingnut, you have mail. And my contribution to the collective, a Trident 4 mb pci video card. Popped it in my system so I could run dual monitors. Works under win98, but not under WinXP or Linux (Well, mayby 'nix, I just can't get it set up properly.

Captainpabst, you got it. The AMD came out of a Packard Bell mini ATX . I was going to chuck it because the case is missing the 3 inch bays. The mobo has onboard video/sound . So, you got this thread going! Some of you already know, i do charity work, where i live we get a lot of refugees. Anyway, i build puters and they go to schoolkids who dont have one a home. I get a lot of bare boards so i am looking for some retention brackets if anyone could help me out with that i would appreciate it. I can use P4 socket 423 and socket 478 retention brackets.
