Waterproof mini voice recorder

Any recommendations for a very small, waterproof (at least resistant) voice recorder? Something I could wear as a pendant? I just want something I can use to record the random things I think of that I'd like to follow up on but never remember longer than 2 minutes. They often come up in the shower, of course, so it would be nice to be able to have it there, or at least very close where falling into water would be a risk. My phone is water resistant but I don't want to have to carry that into the shower or everywhere I go in the house, wake it up, unlock it and open an app just to record a few words.

I just need something where I can touch a button, record 15 seconds of speech and then let it go, and later plug it into my computer to pull the files off, just five or ten messages, or even if it requires a dedicated app instead of being a filesystem I can read, that would be fine. It doesn't really need an audio jack to be able to listen to them directly, no speaker. It doesn't need huge amounts of storage and the ability to act as an MP3 player, or a month of battery life, or voice activation, or the greatest quality audio. Just the digital equivalent of scribbling a note to myself, very quickly before I can forget, and not having to take up a lot of space in a pocket. (Even the time it might take to open an app on my phone, or dry off enough to reach out of the shower to write a note on paper is sometimes longer than I can remember these things, because of the concentration of the steps to get to that point.)

There are a lot of recorders on Amazon, but none of them are water resistant that I can find, and there aren't really a large number of them that are small enough to be worn as a pendant without it being like "old lady wearing her jewelry to church" size. And a lot of them are heart-shaped which is not something I want for a utility device. They almost all are larger than they would need to be if they only met my requirements, as they have headphone jacks and batteries that can last a month or multiple months, with hundreds of hours of high-quality recording capacity. Often they're magnetic. (Many of them allude to secretly recording meetings, or outright state it.) Something the width of a large coin would be okay with me, if it's not half an inch thick to hold a huge battery. And I'm not necessarily trying to go ultra-cheap, though obviously I don't want to pay double the price for one that has exactly the same features as a cheaper one, but I would rather not pay a lot for features I don't need. I accept I may HAVE to pay for things like a headphone jack or large storage capacity, but really the smallest size and water resistance is what I really am having trouble with.

It’s a very low-tech solution, but something like stone paper might let you write things down while in the shower, since it’s waterproof.
Cool product, but I'm also looking for something I can carry with me at all times, without having to think about it, not even needing to take time to reach into a pocket for a notebook and pen/pencil. I tried using a small dry erase board stuck to a wall near the shower for a while, but needing to rinse and dry off somewhat to reach out and use it was a deterrent. (Yes, I am more picky about that than really necessary.)

I wish I could just call out "Computer, take a note." or even do an interactive search. But I don't use Apple products, and don't use Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa or anything like that, and I don't want to. This isn't the era of ubiquitous and benevolent Star Trek computers.

Have you tried looking for an offline voice activated recorder for your phone?

I seem to remember finding apps that would passively record as well and keep a, say, one our buffer so you could just tell the app to keep the last few minutes (or whatever duration up to the buffer size). Offline as well.

My phone's battery is having enough trouble keeping a charge all day at this point. I don't need it continuously running the microphone and an app just in case I might call out and tell it to save a file. (One reason not to be using the branded assistants.) Even if I had a new phone it would be a waste.

This one is geared toward surveillance and is probably overkill:

This one is cheaper, but the reviews aren't great. But cheap is cheap.

8GB Mini Voice Recorder,Magnetic Voice Activated Recorder - Long Battery Recording Time, Micro Waterproof Recorder Device
The Walmart one might be doable (and 3.9 stars isn't bad, just very bad actual reviews because of the seller not the product). It's quite a bit larger than I would like but not godawful, but I would have to attach a loop somehow to make it into a pendant. The other one doesn't give a size or weight but looks gigantic and is probably heavy due to the magnet. (Similar ones I saw are nearly 3 inches long.) I was ideally also hoping for just turning it on to record then turning it off, not "voice activation", but that's probably not going to happen and isn't a huge deal.

And I did want to avoid the shitty "marketplace" sellers and direct from China stuff, and actually buy from the site like Amazon or Walmart directly or at least US-based sellers. Nine dollars isn't a huge loss if it never shows up, but no need to just throw money away.

I know I'm picky when looking for things like this.
