Need help finding a part number for a Japanese laptop (American layout keyboard)

I recently got a Panasonic Let's Note CF-RZ6 and it's the best damned computer I've ever owned. ❤️ Naturally, it has a Japanese layout keyboard. American layout does exist, but the one place I've found that sells it is out of stock. They have an eBay store as well, but this part is not listed there.

Their listing doesn't include the part number. Does anyone know how to find the part number?

This seems to be it. CF-RZ4 USSAM. Which is not found in any searches. I had to search Alibaba's site directly using a description to get that, as Google showed they did at one point have another page but the link to it was dead, and no archive/cache sites had it. Good luck finding an actual source for it with any in stock.

Even eBay doesn't have any used models with English keyboards. If you actually order one of them, some old man deep in the bowels of a Chinese factory is going to be jerked out of a dead sleep and have to start up some ancient machine for which he is the last designated keeper, which has the specs to print and assemble one of the these keyboards, and there's going to be an alert set off in a computer because they probably never expected anyone to actually buy one.

I spent way too much time looking through Japanese websites and came up empty for a part number. I think Panasonic has even 3M beat for complexity of finding shit, but for the opposite reasons... 3M has infinite SKUs, while Panasonic seems to have none??
I could try contacting Panasonic Japan support or going to an electronics store and asking them to find stock (I have resurrected many a broken rice cooker by going through customer service at Yamada Denki looking for obscure parts in the past). Let me know if you're desperate.

Or, it could be a good time to start learning Japanese??
