Could this be best all around 120mm PC cooling fan in history? The patented "decouple" design utilizes two aluminum frames that sandwhich an o-ring on either side of core to dampen vibrations. In theory, this would decouple vibrations, but 116.9 CMF @ 40 dBA?
I loved it when manufacturers feared Mike Chin at SPCR in mid 2000's when he tested their fans. I learned from Mike that cheap Handheld Anemometer Wind Speed Meters do close to acurate CFM measuring. I could grab my wind meter from my sailboat and test one in DIY isolated setup, but I lack proper testing for the 40 dBA rating. I wonder of somebody's already alerted Mike about these fans.
ALPHACOOL APEX STEALTH 3000 rpm model FAN boasts 116.9 CFM @ 40 dBA
ALPHACOOL APEX STEALTH 2000 rpm model FAN boasts 76.81 CFM @ 24.6 dBA <<< this sounds more realistic
